Released Write Battery serial number feature for Huawei HiSilicon based devices.
• When changing phone battery to the other one / not original one,
some firmware versions may verify the serial number of new battery.
If the SN is not compatible, the phone may not turn on.

• In this case, for phone’s proper operation,
it is necessary to write a new battery serial number to the phone.

• Usually the battery contains its serial number with QR-code on it.

Bypass boot authorization for MTK devices

Released Bypass boot authorization feature for MTK devices:
• Allows to disable security and service devices with any security configuration

• Allows to service of a big number of newest MTK devices

• The solution is based on bootrom Security Bypass Exploits.
The following SoC are supported:
MT6572, MT6580, MT6582, MT6735, MT6737, MT6739, MT6755, MT6757,
MT6761, MT6763, MT6765, MT6768, MT6771, MT6785, MT6799, MT6873,
MT8127, MT8163, MT8173, MT8695

How to do it:
Just tick the "Authorize" box and service the phone with Sigma in a usual way.
Please read the full manual before performing the operation

Reminder! Before servicing the phone, please make sure that:

You use the latest version of Sigma software
Battery must be connected to the phone's board and fully charged. Especially while performing operations using testpoint.
All the side programs, that may interfere with the phone, are closed
Phone’s cable and device itself should not be disconnected or disturbed until the procedure is fully completed
Phone's connection:
Via USB: connect phone to USB port placed on the backside of PC (motherboard's USB port)
Do not connect or disconnect other USB cables into the PC during the actual work with the phone
Via COM: use recommended Prolific / FTDI drivers only
Avoid using any kind of USB HUBs and long USB cables. Use the shortest-length USB cable available.
Phone has stock (factory) firmware version
SIM card is removed
 

Android Smartphones based on MT65XX / MT8XXX
Yoda Method via ADB mode (Strongly Recommended!)
Enable USB debugging on the phone.
Root the smartphone.
Select "ADB Android" platform from the tab menu in the upper left side of the software.
Select "Adb interface" in the ports selection tab.
Perform Direct Unlock / Repair IMEI / other service operations.

How to bypass boot authorization on MTK devices
This option is designed to service Mediatek devices that require authorization of the bootloader
This solution opens up more opportunities
of servicing using other third party service software, like FLASH TOOL, etc

Message "Done" indicates that procedure was completed successfully
The boot authorization is disabled until you disconnect the cable
Important: In order to use Bypass boot authorization feature
you need to run Sigma software in administrator mode
