Huawei repair via testpoint​

Supported models and features

Phone must be connected via testpoint and visible in device manager in Ports section

IMPORTANT! This service works only for dongle users and users with timed license account

Step 1​

Download HCU tool here
Launch software

Step 2​

On “Account” tab enter your user name and password or use dongle with HCU activation. Click “Check account” button and wait to be logged into the server
You get account after “HCU timed license” purchase from resellers LIST or check “BUY” page

Step 3​

Choose “Fastboot/Xloader (Hisilicon only) option from phone connectivity

Step 4​

Click on “Fastboot/Xloader” tab and agree to terms if you wish to continue

Step 5​

Choose correct loader according to your mobile’s CPU and click “Read phone info

Step 6​

Wait for mobile to be detected

Step 7​

Enter new numbers, set new settings, change options you wish to repair (leave fields empty for those that you do not want to repair

Step 8​

This step not needed for Kirin K970, K960, K955, K950, K659, K658, all newer phone models will require certificate selection.
To repair IMEI click on folder icon, select certificate from HCU directory … Backup/certificates. Certificates appear there after reading phone info on HCU

Step 9​

Put a check mark on “reboot after repair” option (this will work only if phone was put in testpoint via hardware method, how to exit software testpoint after repair check this guide here), now can proceed by pressing “Repair” button

Step 10​

Now just wait for repair to complete, phone restarts to homescreen

DC-phoenix Load and temporarily unlock bootloader EMUI 11​

Download DC Phoenix software here

Prepare phone for the service:
Connect it to PC via hardware testpoint, use a special Harmony OS testpoint cable!

Make sure the phone appears in the device manager under the "Ports" section​

Step 1
Launch the program
If there is no DC-Unlocker/Rocker/Vygis or Infinity dongle connected to PC, then log in screen will appear. Use your timed license account details to log in

Step 2
Make sure the phone is visible in the device manager under ports correctly. This can be checked now directly on DC-phoenix. The device should be connected via Testpoint

Step 3
Open the "Update by TP" tab, choose "Load and temporarily unlock bootloader" option

Step 4
In the "Bootloader files" section select the correct loader for your phone, and press "Do job"

Step 5
Monitor the process, during it a warning pop-up message will appear. Now you must disconnect your mobile from the cable and connect it back, after doing so click "Retry" on the message box to continue

Step 6
Wait for the message indicating process success. The phone will enter fastboot mode (screen may be completely black) with its bootloader unlocked until the phone restart

Huawei IMEI repair EMUI 11​

Supported models and features
IMPORTANT! This service works only for users with timed license accounts or HCU dongle!

Step 1 (Preparation)

Connect the phone to PC via hardware testpoint, use a special Harmony OS testpoint cable!

Click on the “Xloader” tab and agree to terms if you wish to continue

Step 6​

According to your mobile’s CPU choose the correct loader (there may be multiple, try them until one works for you) and click “Read phone info”

Step 7​

Monitor detection (it may be slow)

A warning message will pop up during the detection process. Now you need to disconnect the mobile from the USB cable and connect it back, then click “OK” on the message box to continue

Step 8​

Wait for mobile to be fully detected

Step 9​

For IMEI repair click on the IMEI field and type in the correct IMEI. For devices that require a certificate (Kirin710, Kirin980) click the folder icon next to the IMEI field

Step 10​

Navigate to the folder with certificate(s), select it, and click “Open”

Step 11​

Put a checkmark on the “Reboot after repair” option, proceed by pressing the “Repair” button

Step 12​

Now just wait for the repair to complete, phone restarts to the home screen if “Reboot after repair” option was checked
