To reset Samsung Account do the following:
Create a new Samsung account (via PC or via another phone). You should have a working Samsung Account.
Perform the Reset FRP/ Reactivation operation.
When FRP lock will be successfully reset, wait 3-4 minutes, then go to "Backup and reset" and try to make "Factory data reset" - the phone will ask you to enter Samsung account data - enter Samsung account data, which you have created earlier.
If "Factory data reset" can't be done via phone's menu, try to make "Factory data reset" via Recovery mode ("wipe data/factory reset").
Restart the phone and connect it to Wi-Fi.
Go to https://findmymobile.samsung.com/ and log in with the username and password (which you have created earlier).
There you have to select the phone that was just added to account, select "Unlock my device" and "Unlock Reactivation lock".
Restart the phone and enjoy.

As you may know, many users in particular countries (such as India, Pakistan, Cuba, and perhaps some others) encounter low download speed from the Support Area.
This can be caused by various different reasons (closed ports by ISP, low Internet channel bandwidth, interrupts, unstable connection, etc.).
Therefore, besides the main Support Area, we have created a P2P Support Area!
To enter the P2P Support Area and download necessary torrent files, just click "Go to torrent support" button at "Support & Options" tab in the software.
To download files, you can use any BitTorrent client convenient for you. Count of downloaded torrent files is unlimited.

This Reset FRP/Reactivation lock operation needs specific connection sequence using Micro USB and then Samsung Micro UART cable (with 525 kOhm resistor inside).
To perform new Reset FRP/Reactivation operation do the following steps:
Select mentioned above device model in Software's list.
Press «Reset FRP / Reactivation / EE» button.
Select second Reset FRP/Reactivation lock method (press «For devices with UFS memory chips» button).
Put the phone into Download Mode (power off the phone, press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" buttons) and connect USB cable.
When Software asks, disconnect USB cable and connect Samsung Micro UART cable.
Press and hold «Volume-» + «Power ON» keys for 15-20 seconds, Software will automatically close wizard window and do reset FRP/Reactivation lock.
Done.
Note: this solution may also work for another (not mentioned above) Exynos CPU-based devices with UFS memory chips. You can try to perform new Reset FRP/Reactivation lock operation for un-supported device by selecting any model from the list above.

Also note, that some revisions of mentioned above devices can be with eMMC chip, not with UFS (even the same model). If You are not sure, that your device has UFS (not eMMC) memory chip, just try to perform new Reset FRP/Reactivation lock operation and Software will automatically detect chip type.

New Reset FRP/Reactivation lock method for Exynos CPU-based devices with eMMC memory chips is under development; stay tuned for future updates.

How to perform “Read Codes” operation:
