Please TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING

Please connect directly to pc/laptop usb port
If you use USBHub make sure cable is not too long
or must be supported by power supply

Its blocked, with Master Reset buton which at HumTool you can fix it
Master Reset allow 2 time to reset it

if Life become like this : Life : 2-10-0-0-0-0
Its mean your card blocked and you are already use 2 time Master Reset Buton

Please Uninstall all USBSniffers and USB Share software's
Like FlexiHub

Delete in Registry the software detected
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Software Detected Filename
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ Software Detected Filename
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ Software Detected Filename
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\ Software Detected Filename

if sniffer drivers installed
Then delete files which in the message at this below path
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ The Installed sys driver file

Please double check it​
