How to Fix >>> Waiting for Reboot...FAIL​

Make sure Phone is POWERED ON and connected to USB Port direct

Uninstall SAMSUNG USB Modem from Control Panel > System > Device Manager

Uninstall SAMSUNG USB Drivers from Control Panel > Programs & Features

Uninstall Qualcomm USB Drivers > Programs & Features

Uninstall Android USB Driver if Installed

Install SAMSUNG USB Drivers
http://www.samkey.org/SAMSUNG_USB.exe

Restart PC

Now all is Ready to go​
